How do I Cite a Podcast?

I am working on a term paper. And one of my sources for this paper is a podcast from the National Gallery of Art. My teacher wants us to foot/end note our citations, and have a list of sources on another sheet of paper. The problem is, my MLA handbook is not very current, and it doesn't say how to do this for a podcast. Does anyone know how to do this?

i would have gone with a transcript (you just know they have one)

I'm not an expert on your style guide, I'll admit; but I'd recommend interpolating accessing an online article and a radio show if you can't find this in a more recent version of your style guide; this because IME, style manuals tend to make internal sense, and these two citation situations are pretty much merged in case of a podcast.
