Flesh Render
The flesh render seems to be a completely twisted giant, standing at about at least 20 feet tall. Its grotesque face has ten bulbous eyes which glow an iridescent red. Hundreds of needle-like teeth bulge out from its thick scaly mouth. What’s really disturbing about this creature, though, is not its face nor its tremendously muscled body, but its arms. Instead of ending in ordinary clawed fingers, its muscled fingers themselves are miniature arms that also end in five clawed fingers each.

Chaotic and always hungry, the flesh render seeks only potential meals. However, when brought with good presents, it might spare the life of its victims, but only after a few hours. After it gets hungry again and searches for prey, it will willingly devour those that have given him any valuables or food before.

You see before you a hideous creature that might better be left alone than disturbed. Each of its massively muscled arms end in five more sets of arms, each ending in five clawed fingers. Ten eyes dot the giant's grotesque face, each one as red as the blood dripping from its claws.

Improved Grab (Ex)
Whenever a flesh render successfully hits a target with its clawed slam attack, it automatically initiates a grapple without provoking an attack of opportunity.

Rend (Ex)
If a flesh render hits with both claw attacks, it latches onto the opponent’s body and tears the flesh. This attack automatically deals an additional 6d6+19 points of damage.

Tear Asunder (Ex)
When a flesh render succeeds on his grapple check, it automatically deals clawed slam damage, and the character must succeed on a DC 10 + ½ damage dealt Fortitude save or be stunned for 1 round. It also gets a +8 racial bonus on all its grapple checks.

A flesh render has a +4 racial bonus on its spot checks, thanks to its many eyes.

Why can't people make non-scary monsters, like carebears? Someone needs to stat out carebears.

It's been done (http://www.giantitp.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=homebrew;action=display;num=11543005 05;start=15)

You may want to give it the one ability where it doesn't take the normal penalties for grappling when it starts a grapple using Improved Grab.

Hmm... which ability is that again?

Oh, I just looked it up. It's generally just included in the text of the grappling ability.
