This is probably gonna be pretty basic to most of you guys, but I just want to make sure.

When a character gets is Con reduced through ability damage and/or drain, does he also lose a number of hit points equal to (Con lost/2 rounded down)*HD ?

Also, does the Wounding property of a weapon function on each hit, or only once per round?

I know, I have to look in the DMG, but I want to make sure I don't interpret anything. I like being strong, but I also like to stay within the boundaries of the rules.

Yep, con damage can cause hp damage.

Wounding is each hit.

Not quite. If, for example, a character with 16 Con loses 1 point, he still loses HP. So it doesn't always round down, but otherwise you're right.

Each hit.
