((I based the religion heavily on christianity.))
a large Cathedral (http://www.paradoxplace.com/Photo%20Pages/UK/Britain_Centre/Lincoln_Cathedral/Lincoln_Images/Outside/900/Lincoln-Cathedral-Sept05-D5.jpg) appeared acrossed the street from Richard's Manor. It is surrouned by a grassy courtyard with a 4 foot (about 1-1/3 m) high stone wall. there are several (http://www.ukstudentlife.com/Travel/Tours/England/Winchester/KingAlfredsStatue.jpg) statues (http://www.co-ventures.com/images/KingAlfredStatueWantage.jpg) on a stone pathway leading from the gate to the cathedral. It is apparent from the plaques that the first is a statue of Richard, and the second is the first arch-bishop. inside there are rows of pews and a carpet leading up to an alter with a small golden statue of Richard, holding up his sword. above the alter is a large, ornate claymore, with a plaque below that reads "commisioned in honor of Saint Alfonso".
Upon every hour, the bell strikes the amount of hours, and once every half-hour.

Garrett sidles up to the side of the cathedral wall with a bucket of red paint and a paintbrush in hand. In big letters, he writes:
Garrett was here! (okay, so I'm unimaginative). Garrett runs away quickly.

Next time anyone checks the wall, there will be a small cardboard note taped to the wall near the former "GARRETR WUZ HEER".
It says:
"So was I."

((I resent that. Garrett can spell. I clearly wrote 'Garrett was here'.))

Richards soldiers now begin to walk along the top of the walls, armed to the teeth.
A ninja appears, and scribbles:
Eye lyke 3.1415926535897932384626433832795
In . . . well . . . more like this:
EYE LYKE 3.1415926535897932384626433832795!!!!!!
Oh, and a guy walks up to the door.
He looks . . . tired. He's a plain human.
Not even visibly armed.

A soldier is standing at the gate.
Halt. What business have thee here?
a janitor comes and hoses off the writing from the walls...
This time the writing stays.
It's persistent.
"Eh, just getting my bearings.
Why? Where am I?"

the janitor continues to clean off the walls...
You are at the Cathedral of Richard and The Father, near the outskirts of this township.
Nope.
Stain stays.
Not just normal water will take it off . . .
"Uh huh . . . oookay.
So what goes on here?"

he sighs...
Citizens take part in worship of the god Richard and the almighty father.
the janitor lugs out some paint thinner and coats the writing with it.
Nope, paint remains.
"Meh. I see."
He turns, and walks away.

the janitor pulls out a pressure washer and sprays it...
Doesn't work.

the clerics walks out and attempt to spell cast it off...
Aaaa--- . . . . nope.
Stays there.
But it does become slightly bigger.
And more red.
Annoying paint.

the janitor paints over it...
It burns through the paint that's put over it.
Ooooo, pesky paint.
((If you want me to stop, lemme know.
But this is bringing posts to your chapel, I suppose . . .))

((I know its getting posts.... but its kinda annoying...))
the men put a white sheet of canvas over it.
((Then I'll stop.))
The paint burns through that too.
Then disappears.
