Well, after a short scheduling delay here is the final game/ roles...

The Hero's:

Cloud (AKA: Day baner): As the PLOT dicates he is always there right on time just when things look worst to help save the day.. Is able to use his over sized sword as a wall of impenetrable steel, and reduce points against a single person to 0. Scries as Cloud.

Tifa (Seer) : With her indomitable charm, and access to the knowledge of the local tavern (the hub of all adventuring as we all know.:smalltongue:) she can scry a single person per night. Scries as Tifa/Barret (Seer/Fool)

Cid: (AKA: Baner): every night he can bring in the highwind to bane a potential single person.

Red XIII (bomb): Whenever he gets killed he gets to take down a single target of his choosing. Scries as Red XIII

Barret / Avalanche: (Fool) they hang around Tifa's bar alot, and they THINK they hear the right stuff, but they drink there.... ALOT... and most of the time they just hear what they want to hear... thus giving them a lowly 25% success rate. Scries as Barret/ Avalanche/ Tifa

Yuffie: (Unloved): Nobody likes her due to her stealing ALL YOUR EFFING GIL at the begining of the game... with the astounding amounts of hatred towards her she has learned to stay hidden... Can reduce one point against herself by one every day phase. Scries as Yuffie (Unloved)

Midgar Denizens (villagers): Villagers, they scry as Villagers

Jenova's Witnesses.

Sephiroth (Alpha): Sephiroth is mother's choosen. He is her only true son, and she has hidden him well from the forces of the planet. Scries as Midgar denizen.

Jenova (Corrupter): Absolutely perfect. The Mother can purify the non believers whilsit allowing them to keep their appearnce, and not know of the control. (Jenova can choose one person every 2 days that persons actions are controlled without their knowledge...)

Hojo (Devil): Some call him a genius, others call him mad, most think he's abit of both. Never the less, he had excellent computer skills, and by hacking their various profiles, and computers from the internet he can scry 1 person per night.

Jenova's Witnesses: "Hello sir, Have you heard about the life stream? Are you ready for the Reunion?" Standard wolves.

How is Cloud a day baner if he can just remove a single point?

Also, a wolf day baner seems really unbalanced.

In, but I think it might need a bit of balancing. (Also, you can post games directly to structured now, you know. :smallwink:)

I had actually intended to edit that part from the original version, and no... I didn't know you could as the only time I ever had to was in June, and well. You couldn't then.. >.<

Furthermore, lovers not knowing each other from start and still both of them dying if either is killed kinda kills the purpose of lovers role. Not to mention screwing them quite badly.

Not in... yet. But I just felt like sharing my pearls of wisdom :smalltongue:

Shouldn't the devil be Hojo? And what's the Turks' win condition?

Also, Avalanche should be a mason group and Yuffie should be the fool. :smalltongue:

Actually, Yuffie's role is in refference to this (http://www.vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=176), and the jenova's witnesses on a later strip. >.>

It's still a terrible power.

And again, what is the neutral group's win condition?

Considering there never actually have been a neutral mason group there haven't been "anything else".

Really, it would be better if you gave them some type of victory condition, like trying to make them all survive in the end. Otherwise they won't even work together since their survival condition is invidual anyway.

Do they count as a villagers or neutrals for the wolves victory condition?

Well, keeping Rufus alive WOULD be their objective thematicly, and I made him the alpha mason so it oughta work.
Also, they count as villagers... The wolves have enough bonuses I believe.

Sounds like a very hard victory condition, if Rufus is randomly killed by the wolves in the start what happens then? They continue the whole game without the chance of actually winning?

A mason team with the victory condition of only surviving that is, didn't fate stay a night mason group have some type of victory condition?

Well, I've altered the roles to be more of a "If Rufus would be killed, the first kill has a 100% chance of being blocked at the cost of Rude, second has a 50% chance at the cost of Reno, and the next kill has a 10% chance of fail... and Rufus dies"

You worded it like you meant that there never was a neutral mason group.

Plus, surviving was one of their goals :smalltongue:

Um, actually there was such a neutral mason group in my game, with a set of rules allowing them to keep the only one of them with real power (Caren/Wolfbane) alive - maybe you should check that or ask Murska how it worked? :smalltongue:

Hey, Seph sacrificed himself to give Kuja a win... no wait, that was in AC. :smalltongue:

Anyway, while I agree on Kefka being awesome, Sephiroth is also awesome.

I think smaller games are more fun anyway.

I would also like to point out long recruitment periods can lead to auto-lynches. Which is bad. See "The Forest" for the extreme case.

You have 16 players (if I counted right) Night Surgeon. My suggestion is to rework the roles, and play with what you have.

If it turns into a good game, when you try a 2nd WW game, more people will volunteer to play.

Fine, I'll have to dump the neutral masons then in addition to some of the wolf/good roles.

Well, I've had to delay a week due to the launch of Assassin's 2, and respect for a much better written game then I have, but as soon as I can, I will put up the game thread.
Also, 17/20 people is better than I expected.
