Instant Death Resistence [General]
Prerequisites: Con 17+
Benefits: You are immune to instaneous death from taking 50 or more damage in one hit. However, if 50 or more damage would already bring you down to 0hp, you still take the damage normally. You also receive a +2 competence bonus on all saves made for resisting instant death effects, such as Finger of Death.

Seems kinda weak. If your playing in a situation where massive damage comes up often, you probally can make the save fairly easy. Perhaps if you had the feat also grant you a +2 bonus on saves vs death effects, further representing that your just plain hard to kill off?
