I've been thinking about how to add all 6 ability scores to melee attacks. So far i've gotten str (basic), int (swashbuckler 3), dex (shadow blade) and wis (swordsage 4). Is there any way to get both cha and con to damage while still maintaining the other 4 stats to damage? Any wizards book is allowed, no dragon or homebrew.

Mineral Warrior's smite ability adds Con and so would any paladin/blackguard-like smite ability to Cha. But I don't think they're what you're looking for... since Swordsage's ability only applies when making a strike from the chosen discipline which can't be used in conjunction with smite (action economy!).

Also, since Snowflake Wardance adds attack roll you could convert them to damage bonus w/ Power Attack I guess :(

Strikes require a standard action, but a smite can be used with any melee attack, so there's no reason you couldn't smite as part of a martial strike.

Slippers of Battledancing (DMG2) for cha to damage.

Snowflake Wardance (Frostburn?) adds CHA to damage and/or attack rolls for a few rounds.

It only adds to attack rolls...

I don't know about constitution, but I'm surprised no one's mentioned Divine Might yet for charisma.

Agreed, honestly it's one of my favorite feats.

Which book is Divine Might in? Complete Champion? Or Divine?

'Tis in Complete Warriors, in the Divine Feats section.

It's pretty much the Feat for 6th level paladins, I'd say.
