The Euphaei are said to be the most joyous of the joyous Eladrins. Said to be born from the souls of those who spent their lives bringing happiness to other, the Euphaei take pride in bringing joy to the most downtrodden of folk. A paladin leading a suicidal charge on a demon army, a single mother struggling to feed her children, and a desperate cleric with more patients than healing spells are all equally likely to receive aid from an Euphaei. Euphaei look very much like halflings, but their skin, eyes, and hair constantly shimmer in all the colors of the rainbow. Two small, luminous wings allow them to fly, though they tend to prefer skipping and jumping.

Charming Gaze (Su)
A Euphaei in humanoid form has a gaze attack with a range of 30 ft. A creature caught by it must make a DC 15 Will save or be charmed for 1d6 hours.

Touch of Ecstasy (Su)
As a standard action, an Euphaei may make a touch attack. A creature hit by the touch attack must make a DC 15 Will save or be fascinated for 1d8 rounds.

Spell-Like Abilities
At will–dancing lights, detect evil, ghost sound (DC 12); 1/day–color spray (DC 13), cure light wounds, glitterdust (DC 14). Caster level 3rd. Saves are Charisma based.

Aura of Elation (Su)
All good creatures within 30 ft. of an Euphaei, including the Euphaei, gain a +1 morale bonus on all attack rolls, damage rolls, skill checks, ability checks, and saves. These bonuses are included in the Euphaei’s statistics above.

Alternate Form (Su)
As a standard action, an Euphaei may assume the form of an incorporeal vortex of rainbow colors, gaining the incorporeal subtype and all incorporeal traits. An incorporeal Euphaei may move completely silently, and cannot be heard with Listen checks if it does not wish to be. An incorporeal Euphaei gives off light as a torch. Resuming its original form is a standard action.
