Here are a few items that came to mind of late.

Boots of Immovability
These cursed boots causes the wearer to become permanently under the effects of the Immovability power the next time they attempt to charge or use the run action. The wearer is not capable or removing the boots himself. An outside source may remove them by making an opposed strength check, with the boots having the equivalent of a strength score of 10 and gaining a +20 bonus on the check.
Moderate psychometabolism; ML 7th; Craft Universal Item, immovability; Price 28,000 gp

Clasp of Inner Turmoil
This appears as an unpleasantly tinted bit of polished bilestone surrounded by a silver clasp in the shape of threaded tentacles with an unpleasantly greasy feel. This clasp is most often worn over the navel, the tentacles animating and painlessly puncturing to slither up to agitate the the internal organs. While worn the wearer gains the benefits of the Undulant Innards spell up to 5 times per day, automatically activating as a swift action when needed.
Faint Transmutation; CL 5th; Craft Wonderous Item, *Undulant Innards; Price 31,000 gp

* From Lords of Madnes, p. 213

Mirror of Desire
This appears as a full length mirror 6 feet tall and 3 feet wide, crafted of enchanted crystal and surrounded with an ornate frame. The mirror of desire causes those within 10 feet to see their innermost wants. Those who approach this close must also succeed on a DC 15 Will save or become entranced with what they see as the Hypnotism power.
Those farther than 10 feet may see the reflection of the desire of others caught within the mirror without being affected.
Faint enchantment and illusion; CL 7th; Craft Wonderous Item, Hypnotism, *Manifest Desire; Price 42,000

* From Heroes of Horror, p. 130.

2 questions:

1. Does the Clasp of Inner Turmoil have the normal effects of bilestone, or are they negated by the magic? (Also, how is that a curse?)

2. That's Erised, not desire, fool! *smacks VT over the head *

Bilestone only has its affects while in large quantites if you recall.

(Also, how is that a curse?)
Ermmm, I dunno. Who said it was a curse?

2. That's Erised, not desire, fool! *smacks VT over the head *
Thats a statement, not a question! *bites off yours*
