They may bea touch strangely worded, but...

Whirlwind Defense
Prequisite: Combat Reflexes, Combat Expertise, Dodge, Weapon Focus (Quarterstaff)

Benefit: Whenever a character with this feat goes on total defense whilst wielding a quarertstaff, any adjacent enemies must make a DC15 eflex save or suffer an attack of oppurtunity.

Hangman
Prequisite: Str 13, Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Lasso or spiked chain)

Benefit: As a standard action, a character with this feat may make an attack with a lasso or spiked chain, causing the weapon to wrap around his victim's throat. Treat this as a trip attempt - if the attacker succeeds, the victim cannot move further than the length of the chain or rope (typically 10ft) unless they succeed an opposed Strength check, an they are also starts to suffocate.

Special: A character may also use this feat as an attack of oppurtunity on anyone who attempts to move through an area they threaten. A character may only have 1 creature 'tethered' at a atime, and it must have a discernable anatomy to be effected by this feat.

I'm not gonna start with whirlwind defense. Hangman is way to strong, suffocation kills in just a few rounds, you have provided no way of escape, and if a feat was allowed to suffocate the enemy, it would have way more prerequisites. I think what you're looking for is more like the garrote rules from song and silence. I don't remember them well, but I think it went something like dealing damage in a grapple. What you should have is that they take (say, 1d4 or 1d6) non lethal damage if they try to move out of range with the lasso, and 2d4 damage if they try to stretch the spiked chain. Good ideas over all, just poorly executed :)

Fair enough, it is my first time making feats

Within a few rounds? The average person (constitution 10) lasts 20 rounds before they start to die - or perhaps you're thinking I meant it started at the 'first round unconciousness' part. I should have clarified that a bit better. Not to mention in a combat situation a person can cut the rope or attempt a disarm check, and while a person is trying to choke someone that effectively can't attack.

These aren't worder very well. The fighter level requirements are probably way off. The idea: to allow specializing in spesific weapons and get special abilities for spesific weapons. As an example, three of these feats can be taken with Quarterstaff, and allow tripping with a quaterstaff, to deal 1d8 damage with one end of the quaterstaff when it's used as a two-handed weapon, and give quaterstaff 10ft reach when it is used as a two-handed weapon.

Adabtable Double Weapon Fighting[Weapon Expertise]
You have learned to adapt your tactics with dual weapons. You deal more damage when using a dual-weapon to fight two-handed.
Prerequisite
Fighter level 5th, Weapon Focus with a double weapon
Benefit
When you use a double weapon for which you have taken Weapon Focus with two hands, you deal damage as if the weapon was a size category larger. You may choose which end of the weapon you use.

A fighter may select Adabtable Double Weapon Fighting as one of his fighter bonus feats.

Armed Trip [Weapon Expertise]
You may use your weapon to trip your enemies.
Prerequisite
Fighter level 5th, Weapon Focus
Benefit
When you use a melee weapon for which you have taken Weapon Focus, you may trip your enemies with your weapon. You make a melee touch attack with the weapon instead of an unarmed melee touch attack, and you don’t provoke an attack of opportunity.
If you are tripped during your own trip attempt, you can drop the weapon to avoid being tripped.

A fighter may select Armed Trip as one of his fighter bonus feats.

Presice Reach [Weapon Expertise]
You may use a reach weapon even in close combat.
Prerequisite
Fighter level 10th, Weapon Focus with a reach weapon
Benefit
When you use a reach weapon for which you have taken Weapon Focus, you may attack enemies 5 ft from you. You also threaten all squared 5 feet from you.

A fighter may select Precise Reach as one of his fighter bonus feats.

One-handed Lunge [Weapon Expertise]
Prerequisite
Fighter level 10th, Weapon Focus with a two-handed melee weapon, Str 13
Benefit
When using a two-handed melee weapon you have weapon focus with, you may take a -5 penalty to your attack and attack enemies up to 10 feet away from you. This feat doesn't give you the ability to threaten squares farther than 5 feet from you.

A fighter may select One-handed Lunge as one of his fighter bonus feats.

Close Combat Fighting [Weapon Expertise]
You no longer provoke attacks of opportunity when using a weapon you have weapon focus with.
Prerequisite
Fighter level 3rd, Weapon Focus with a weapon that provokes attacks of opportunity when used.
Benefit
When you use a weapon you have weapon focus with, you don't provoke attacks of opportunity.

A fighter may select Close Combat Fighting as one of his fighter bonus feats.

Most Peculiar Style[Weapon Expertise]
You have learned to use your weapon in an outlandish way, and can deal multiple types of damage.
Prerequisite
Fighter level 5th, Weapon Focus with a melee weapon
Benefit
When choosing this weapon, choose a damage type. When you use a melee weapon for which you have taken Weapon Focus, you may replace one of its damage types with this damage type.

A fighter may select Most Peculiar Style as one of his fighter bonus feats.

Why not allow that with either any weapon, or any time the character fights with two weapons, or with any double-weapon? It's a very interesting idea, but with that wording it seems like getting free attack against anyone nearby. Maybe just allow an AoO for attacking the character who initiaited Whirlwind Defence?

A very interesting idea, again, but the wording should mention (at least) that the weapon can't be used to attack while the target of the attack is being 'tethered'.
