Issues with Windows Live Marketplace PLEASE HELP!

okay, I'm a good person, I work hard, and when I download a Fallout 3 DLC that cost me $25 I simply expect there to be a certain quality. But when I downloaded Fallout 3: The Pitt and Broken Steel, it said there was an error and I can't download it (on the PC for those who couldn't guess). Please, please, please help with this issue! It's really bugging me, and I'm hoping anyone has any idea what's wrong and if there's a way to fix it!:smallfrown:

First, I hope you contacted windows live support first, they're the real experts. Second, could you please escribe the erorr message in more detail, and third, I'd try again in a couple hours, it may have merely been a network hiccup.

could it be that my fallout 3 wasn't updated to version 5.0 (the latest)
