Feat: Roundhouse Kick
“As a full round action, you can perform a roundhouse kick. Instead of using your favorable unarmed attacks, you may make a single attack this turn at your full unarmed damage. If the opponent is hit by the Roundhouse Kick, he is sent flying 10 feet on the opposite direction of the attack and becomes prone."
Prereqs: BAB 8, Improved Unarmed Strike

What you guys think?

Nice. :)

I also think it'd be cool if you could somehow use it on an attack of opportunity. I could picture the bad guy trying to do something, then getting a face full of foot instead.

I don't think so. Assuming this feat is balanced so its effect has the equivalent worth of a full attack, then allowing a roundhouse kick as an attack of opportunity would be the same as allowing a full attack as an attack of opportunity, right?

That'd be more appropriate for an epic level feat.

I hate to say it, but it shouldn't just automatically send 'em flying. Unless you have a cowboy hat, of course, in which case anything goes.

Say you can sacrifice your full-attack to give one kick that deals unarmed damage and lets you make an opposed Str check with a +4 bonus. If your opponent fails the check, he flies back 10 feet and if he fails a reflex save DC 15+damage dealt he falls prone.

Isn't there a monk feat called "Circle Kick"? Or am I just being corrupted by NWN again?

It should allow a save, the Dwarf's stability bonus should apply against this in some way.

I would make it do x2 strength damage or something. If he's going to be sent flying then he should also suffer large enough force to be sent flying. Add power attack as a prerequisite possibly.
