Prerequisite: Must be a spellcaster

Your character is haunted by odd visions and hallucinations. Because of this, you have a tendency to jump at shadows, making it difficult for you to concentrate. You take a -4 on all Concentration checks.

I'm not sure if the penalty is severe enough to merit a Flaw. I'm thinking of putting in something else; -2 to saves vs. fear effects, or maybe you can't cast defensively?

-2 versus fear would be appropriate.

I'd take that if I was going Dragon Disciple. Really If you aren't going to be casting spells anyway might as well have an extra feat.

That said I guess it needs a bit more work.

You apparently haven't seen a Duskblade/Dragon Disciple. Arcane Channeled Vampiric Touch + Multiattack = Pain. Lots of pain.

I'd give penalties vs. saves against illusions as well.

I like that idea, Brickwall. -4 vs illusions, and -4 to concentration checks; does that sound better?
