I'm talking about the ones that grant feats for a duration (or usage) with a monetary cost.

Are they worth it?

Examples:
1) Athenaeum of Baccob grants 7 uses of both sudden empower/maximize.
Duration: no limit but usage.
Value: 2000 gp

Seems like an awesome deal if DM alllows locations to me.

2) Coliseum of Kord: +2 inherent Str, Dex, or Con
Duration: 1 year (the first time, next time only 6 months, etc).
Cost: 18K gp

As inherents are usually more expensive I think this is worth it. Drawback is just must prove self to Kord without magic items/spells (so non-casters will be only ones likely to get it)

3) Sepulcher of Wee Jas: Inflict spells no longer have saves. Killing someone creates a zombie under your control for a few rounds.
Duration: 1 month
Cost: 7K gp

Drawback must have feat spell focus (necromancy) to gain it. But if you are a frequent caster of inflict spells, why not.
Also the ritual is bad for claustophobic people (you are in the sepulcher for 24 hrs).

4) Temple of First Dawn: Major ability turn attempt spent allows undead to e crited 6 rounds. In addition, sudden quicken for healing or light spells (therefore 1/day no spell slot increase, quicken).
You get more benefits while in the Temple, but that won't help when adventuring so I'll not mention them.
Dur: 1 month Major ability.
Cost: 9.2K

So just lookin at these: which do you like and don't?

I left out the Tiamat Location one.
