None at all, since the fiends wouldn't want to be anywhere in the Abyss (where the devil of them would be killed on sight), the Nine Hells (same for the demon) and in between because that's where the Blood War is. They probably have a tidy little demiplane somewhere.

But the roaches were attracted to food to begin with and might be able to move across planes to find that popcorn the IFCC has.

Then it would maybe depend on Qarr to recognize one and start talking to it, if he actually cared about a roaches opinion if they didn't see it on the big screen blood-plasma TV they were watching.

Which is an excellent point, considering it was the popcorn MitD made while watching Durkon and...that other dwarf...that attracted them in the first place.

No it wasn't, Spartacus93--the demon roaches appeared in Start of Darkness long before the MitD was making that popcorn. Also note that Redcloak said the MitD's popcorn would attract "more" of the giant demon roaches, which does not say that the ones already there were attracted by it.

Why would Qarr recognise the roach? Do we have any reason to think he's seen them before? (I mean, apart from the fact that he's an imp?)

Qarr probably knows many people across the planes. Also watching V could have shown a few on the screen if the IFCC has Epic Inside in their blood-plasma screen.
