Okay I have tried to be nice but my party members keep killing me. I need a build the at Ecl 5 is practically unkillable. All sources are legal. Go nuts.

And when I mean my party members are killing me I mean that litterally. They are attacking me and killing me. See my a bit peeved off thread for details.

Use Mongrelfolk, Dragonborn of Bahamut, and Mineral Warrior, in that order. Buy off the LA at level 3. That should give you a good unkillable character

You can't win this arms race, assuming this thread is in reference to the other one. You will die, and get mad, and be upset.

I suggest you turn in a blank character sheet with the words "No thanks" written on them, and find a different group if possible.

Find a new game.

I really suggest talking to your group about your concerns first. If that fails...

Deploy Pun-Pun. Explain Pun-Pun. Ask politely if you can just play a nice cooperative game, or do you need to make their characters explode into a ball of ludicrous gibs. If the former, great, make a character just for the fun of it. If the latter, well, what those above me suggested RE: quitting.

I agree - if they're jerks, don't play with them.

But an archivist with Righteous Aura can ensure that he's perpetually explosive, and 14d6 damage at 7th level certainly smarts. You need a contingent item as well, set to go off when you die. An animal companion would help, since it could die when you die, and you could share spells with it.

I don't know if you can actually get an AC any way other than via Druid or Ranger, but at 8th level (Druid 1/Archivist 7) you could have a wimpy AC that dies from your explosion, and as a result deliver 28d6 damage in a blast upon your demise. Might be worth pursuing... it'd be great fun to roll that damage up when the wanker stabs you in the back. Or better yet, just take the Sudden Maximise feat, and cast it maximised. Boom. 168 damage in a 20' radius.

Does the DM allow this fighting stuff between party?

While I doubt any DM will allow it (you could go *Pun-Pun), but hold back your power except when attacked by Party members

*I don't recommend this, just joking. I've only heard of one DM allow it in a game. It surprisingly worked well. He held back his power except for emergencies.

Give us some basics of rest of party. What classes/tactics do they have?

You could make a character able to counter them.

If you want a basic warrior type:
Mineral warrior Warblade 4 or Crusader 4:
Pro:
Good DR so no physical ganking often.
Good classes that give benefits to saves (manuevers can add to Will/reflex,/Fort)

Cons:
No elemental defenses (from class)

Arcane Spell casting:
Conjur Specialist (Abjur Jaunt trade Familiar).

Pro:
Can Int/mod teleport away from attacks.
Can trap/impair with your Conjuratuion spells.

Con:
hps will be low in unlikely case you get hit.

Be easiest if knew other people you are fighting.

I say go with that death nuke idea if you're really set on teaching them a lesson. They kill you, you blow and kill them, then say out of game "Hey, I have a great idea, don't kill your party members."
