This hunched figure is surrounded by a palpable aura of depression and melancholy. Its hair is grey, and its faded grey and blue clothes are soaked. It raises its head and meets your gaze, revealing for a moment that its eyes, too, are grey.

Wan Souls are most commonly found in regions where it rains frequently. They exude a permanent aura of depression and hopelessness, feeding on whatever positive emotions they can find. They don’t mean any harm, but they are often forsaken for the effect they can have on a community. Wan Souls often perform small acts of kindness for those willing to lift their moods, even if only for a little while. Wan souls have about the same height and weight as humans. They speak Common.

Combat
Wan Souls do not like to fight. However, if pressed to defend themselves, they use their bleak gaze to incapacitate a foe long enough for them to leave.
Bleak Gaze (Su): A Wan soul can, as a standard action, focus its gaze on a creature within thirty feet. The target must make a Will save (DC 13) or become dazed for 1d4 rounds.
Depression (Su): Wan souls are always surrounded by a palpable aura of melancholy and depression. Creatures within thirty feet of a wan soul (including the wan soul itself) are effected as though by the crushing despair spell, with no save. Casting Good Hope on a Wan Soul dispels this effect for twice the duration of the spell.

They are not immune to color, they are just a little...faded.

So they're like a living hedometer (device to measure happiness). People can use them to find out what cultures have happier people and things like that. Or they can just use them as prison guards, like in Harry Potter.

I like it... the saves seem off, though.

People suffering from anxiety, panic, stress and depression should consult a specialist and only then should use the medicine, as there can be various reasons behind the disorder. Medicines used to cure such disorders are habit forming and should be used for small duration. As per my personal experience, I have used Xanax and it helped me in getting over my panic and anxiety disorder. Along with medicine, the concerned person should take a break from his/her regular schedule, go out and take good sleep.

Attack lines are incorrect. They don't have a STR penalty to damage and their melee attack is +2 not +0. Melee is BAB +Str Modifier + Size modifier. 2+0+0=2 not 0. You should state that the Save is Charisma-based for Bleak Gaze. CR is definitely too high for these critters. More like 1.

Attack: Slam +2 melee (1d6)
Full Attack: 2 Slams (1d6).
