Ok, Me and some guys at our local gaming store are playing in an epic level campaign. My cousin wants to play an astral deva (not the SS monster class version) and it says it has a LA but it does not give stats for being an astral deva. Please help us out.

In the beginning of MM, it's stated that non-Humanoid creatures use standard array, or 11, 10, 11, 10, 11, 10. So remove 10 from each even number and 11 from each odd number and you have the racial adjustments.

Str +12 Dex+8 Con +8 Int +8 Wis +8 Cha +10.
