how do you out inkscape pics on photobucket?

Srry if this isnt supposed to go here,but i am having serious prooblems with puting my inkscape stuff on photobuket to use as a avatar.can you please tell me how?i have vista,i.could this mean anything?thnx ahead of time.

There's actually the answer of your question in the inkscape help thread just below. You need to export your file to something else other than inkscape's default.

Use File/Export to bitmap... This will export your picture to PNG, which you can upload to Photobucket.

PNG is a file type. such as JPG or GIF. You can change the file type by going to the bottom of where you save your files and select the file type you want.
