This spell can only be cast while on the ethereal plane. You become material, along with all of your equipment. If you had a fly speed that was due to your etherealness, it becomes your land movement speed if higher than your current land movement speed. When this spell ends or is dismissed, your current equipment, not your equipment at the time of casting this spell, becomes ethereal with you.

Hm... It's an interesting spell, but I'm not sure how useful it would be. Many creatures that exist on the etheral plane can generally shift to the prime materiall plane at will. Those that can't normally have access to Plane Shift.

I suppose it would be useful if some people from the prime material plane get stranded in the etheral plane.

Hm...honestly, I would allow this to be cast from the Astral Plane, or even the Plane of Shadows as well. Or does that have too much cheese, somehow?
