I just made a character in Anima myself (at least I think I'm done) and yeah, it was pretty tough.

If you're playing a wizard, I'm pretty sure you have to choose your paths of magic (book of light, book of creation, etc)

What path are you specialising in? As a 10 int wizard, you get 50 points to put into paths, best to put them all into the same ones. Or you can mix and match spells, which takes longer, but can be pretty good.

Why no disadvantages? Creation points are amazing, and you'll need all the help you can get. Natural Knowledge of a Path could help you get the really powerful spells (like chimera) and zeon recovery is almost essential for any wizard type. Take near sighted or deep sleeper, reduced strength or exhausted- stuff you're never going to need to use to get more cp. More power, to get a better base ma is quite useful as well.

Buy some occult, and drop composure, vigor abilities are 3:1 cost.

I see a problem here if you don't take any more advantages- you've got an excellent int and aptitude for development, and a decent zeon level- all good for a character that specialises in waiting for a while, then dropping a big spell, but you don't have any 'big' spells with 50 levels of magic. You may need more, or choose those you do get carefully.

You're missing equipment, the combat stats and a few other minor things. Move, Lift, Regen., MK etc. Nothing really major for a wizard.

As a last tip, i'd recommend buying a quality +5 armoured longcoat. Look at the cost, and then the stats, and you'll see why.
