Seer of the Third Eye

Psions often speak of the “third eye” as a metaphorical organ of the sixth sense, the latent clairsentience all creatures have, and that master seers raise to an art. Some see this third eye as more than a metaphor. These Seers of the Third Eye create psionic nexi of power in the form of third eyes that boost their sixth sense, opening their mind to the whole of the world around them.

Requirements:
Skills: Concentration 10 ranks, Psicraft 10 ranks, Knowledge (Psionics) 6 ranks.
Spells: Able to manifest Remote Viewing.

Skill List: Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Knowledge (all skills taken individually) (Int), Listen (Wis), Profession (Wis), Psicraft (Int), Search (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), and Spot (Wis).

Remote Viewing (Ps)
Once per day, the Seer of the Third Eye may use Remote Viewing as a psi-like ability with manifester level equal to his class level and a DC of 10 + his class level + his Int modifier. At every subsequent odd level, he may use this ability one additional time per day, and at 8th level, he may use it at will. He must pay the XP cost of Remote viewing when he uses this ability.

Clairavoyant Sense (Ps)
Once per day per class level, a Seer of the Third Eye of 2nd level or higher may use Clairavoyant Sense as a psi-like ability with manifester level equal to his character level.

Manifest Third Eye (Ex)
At 3rd level, the Seer’s third eye visibly manifests as a sphere of indigo light on his brow, which enhances his clairsentient power. He gains a number of bonus power points per day equal to twice his class level, but these point may only be spent on clairsentience powers.

Augmented Movement (Ex)
A 4th level Seer gains the Evasion and Uncanny Dodge class features.

Flawless Sight (Su)
At 5th level, the Seer’s Third Eye can see what his mundane spheres cannot. He can see invisible creatures and objects, and is immune to powers that affect his sense of sight against his will, such as Cloud Mind.

Hypercognitive Eye (Su)
A 6th level Seer’s third eye constantly seeks out information to further its master’s knowledge. He gets a +5 insight bonus on all Int checks and Knowledge checks. In addition, he learns the Hypercognition power as a bonus power known.

Perfected Movement (Ex)
A 7th level Seer gains the Improved Evasion and Improved Uncanny Dodge class features.

Eye to The Future (Su)
At 9th level, the mysteries of the future are revealed to the Seer of the Third Eye. He constantly gains flashes of insight about any future danger to himself. Whenever he makes an initiative roll or a reflex save he may spend ten or less power points to gain an insight bonus to the roll equal to half the amount spent. In addition, as a swift action, he may spend five or less power points to gain an insight bonus to AC equal to the amount spent for one round.

Power of the Third Eye (Su)
At 10th level, the Seer of the Third Eye finds manifesting powers through the quasi-real viewpoint of the Remote Viewing power. He many manifest any number of powers through the viewpoint, and though failing to manifest a power still ends the duration of Remote Viewing, successfully manifesting does not. The Concentration check DC to manifest a power through Remote Viewing is reduced by 5. Finally, powers manifested through the viewpoint cost their normal amount, rather than twice it.

+10 to all knowledge skills? That's stronger then three feats. And I might buy the feats anyway, because knowledge is useful. I'm not sure about the rest of it, but...

Lowered it to +5. Still worried a bit about the balance, anything else you see?
