I'm DMing a PBP game soon and creating stat blocks is a bit tedious, I remember a site that creates instant stat blocks within specification. It's been a while and I don't remember the name of the site, anyone got it's name and a link?

For 3.5 I would recommend Monsterforge (can be found here (http://www.nzcomputers.net/heroforge/default35.asp)). It is an Excel spreadsheet that contains all the monsters from the first 4 manuals and the Fiend Folio.

To advance by HD, just select the HD you want and it does it automatically. You can also add templates, feats and skills easily.

Note, there is a 4E version on that site as well, but I haven't tried it yet, so I can't report on how good it is.

Edit:
Oh, and the Heroforge (for making characters) and Spellforge (for making spellsheets) are pretty nifty as well. They just aren't the sort of thing you need to generate on the fly as much as monsters.

It was 3.5, and it was a defiantly a different site, I think they also had a random dungeon generator as well.

Was it this dungeon generator (http://www.myth-weavers.com/generate_dungeon.php?)?

You can make stat blocks by making a character sheet and putting in the proper information. You can then generate a stat block near the bottom of the sheet (3.5).

Myth-weavers, might be what you're looking for.

Was it THIS (http://pifro.com/dnd/NEW/nyu.php) thing? And are you looking for PC stat blocks, or monster stat blocks?
