No such thing. Incantatrix/Incantatar though (the better version) is in Player's Guide to Faerun. The older 3.0 version that isn't quite as busted is online on WoTC site.

I've been wondering; was the Arcane Scholar of Candlekeep (http://nwn2.wikia.com/wiki/Arcane_Scholar_of_Candlekeep) PrC in Neverwinter Nights 2 based on the Incantatrix? Because they're both very metamagic-heavy.

In his defense, he didn't have the proper spelling- that makes it really hard to google something.

The first result of a search with the improper spelling still takes you to a thread that says exactly what he wants to know. (http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=what+book+is+incantrix+in&aq=f&oq=&aqi=&fp=nNex9vi2WG4)

I assume it's based on the Candle Caster from Tome and Blood. From what I recall, you craft candles (similar to scrolls) and get metamagic feats applied to them for free when you burn the candle.

I meant based on the Incantatrix's mechanics, namely in some of the metamagic class features they both get.

I've never read Tome and Blood so I don't know what it's class features are, but the Arcane Scholar and the Incantatrix get bonus metamagic feats and become more proficient with metamagic (lowering the spell level increases). Then again, if the Candle Caster gets the same features as well, please disregard this post.
