Hey guys,

Is there a list of feats that give you ways to get AoO? I'm looking to make a char that focuses on Combat Reflexes with a Imp Critical Rapier.

Honorably,

Crystal Keep's feat index PDF has a section containing AOO-related feats.

Go to page 37 over here. http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/rules/DnD3.5Index-Feats.pdf

Yep, jolly old Crystal Keep.

FYI, Improved Critical is a waste of a feat for most builds. It allows you to threaten an extra crit 15% more often, resulting in *2 damage, if the enemy is not immune to critical hits. You can get a far better return on investment from other feats.

Improved trip might be good for this.
Not only do you get a free (non AoO) attack if you succeed in tripping them, but you also get an AoO when they get up. You'll need a whip or something though.

Reach weapons are pretty good. You'll also want to either dip Crusader(ToB) or spend the feats to get Thicket of Blades, andMageslayer(CArc) is always worth a look. Stand Still(XPH) is better IMHO than Imp Trip, but there's no reason you can't get both. Building towards Robilar's Gambit(or Karmic Strike if you must) is also nice for a lockdown build.

There's a couple of feats in Complete Warrior that allow you to make extra AoO's; Karmic Strike allows you to get an AoO whenever you're hit, Hold the Line gives you one when someone charges into your threatened area, and Defensive Throw gives you one when someone who is the target of your Dodge feat misses - though that last must be used to trip them.

Dragon magazine also updated a couple of old feats in their attacks of opportunities class acts article; improved combat reflexes and greater combat reflexes. The first allows you a second AoO per provocation albiet at a -5 penalty. The greater version gives you a third at -10, all the extra attacks still count against your limit for the round.

If you want to add unarmed strike to your rapier, Snap Kick (Tome of Battle) will let you get in an unarmed strike as an extra attack whenever you make one or more melee attacks, including on AoOs. You can buy equipment to make that worthwhile: Bracers of Striking (Magic of Faerun) grant the Improved Unarmed Strike feat for only 1,310 gp. Add a Monk's Belt and you'll be able to do OK damage. Or buy a Fanged Ring (Dragon Magic) for 10,000 gp instead of the Bracers and you'll get both Improved Unarmed Strike and Improved Natural Attack (unarmed strike). The Fanged Ring + Monk's Belt combo gives you 2d6 unarmed damage if medium sized.
