Did they ever make a crystalkeep-like program for the revised version of star wars D20?

They can't unless the old Star Wars d20 info is released under OGL by WotC, which I'm pretty sure they can't due to it being material licensed from an outside source.

Well, bout 90% of the stuff on crystalkeep is not OGL

That's because Crystalkeep just provides indices, not a full reprinting of the material in question. So yes, someone could legally make something similar for Star Wars. I've never seen one though.
