Special Abilities: Damage reduction 20/epic, Regeneration 100+, Spell resistence 34

Feats: Awesome Blow, Power Attack, Improved Bull

Frightful Presence (Su)

The Godzilla can inspire terror by charging or attacking. Affected creatures must succeed on a DC 36 Will save or become shaken, remaining in that condition as long as they remain with 50 m of the Godzilla. The save DC is Charisma-based.

Improved Grab (Ex)

To use this ability, the Godzilla must hit a Huge or smaller opponent with its bite attack. It can then attempt to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If it wins the grapple check, it establishes a hold and can try to swallow the foe the following round.

Swallow Whole (Ex)

The Godzilla can try to swallow a grabbed opponent of Huge or smaller size by making a successful grapple check. Once inside, the opponent takes 6d8+10 points of crushing damage plus 6d8+10 points of acid damage per round from the Godzillas’s digestive juices. A swallowed creature can cut its way out by dealing 120 points of damage to the Godzilla’s digestive tract (AC 25). Once the creature exits, muscular action closes the hole; another swallowed opponent must cut its own way out. The Godzillas’s gullet can hold 4 Huge, 16 Large, 64 Medium, 256 Small, or 1024 Tiny or smaller creatures.

Regeneration 100+:
Godzilla's regenerate, per round, an equal amout of Hp that he have at moment, and always 100 hp minomun.
The Godzilla is immune to effects that produce incurable or bleeding wounds, such as mummy rot, a sword with the wounding special ability, or a clay golem’s cursed wound ability and never losses any body part.

Atomic Breath:
Godzilla can deal whatever the amout of damage he wants with his atomic breath (or magic breath, you can chose), but he takes 1 point of damage every 10 points of damage that the breath deals. If he want to make 1000 points of damage, he takes 100 damage. An ref save and the target gets only half the damage. Even with the evasion of monks and rouges you can't evade completaly the attack. The damage taken this way can be regenerated normaly.

Godzilla are imune of wish, miracle, etc because these magics can't stop divine intervention, and the rampage of Godzilla ARE divine intervention!

I always figured the tarrasque as Godzilla. Just add acide breath and ther you go, plus immunity to spells and inability to be really killed.

you know? when i saw the picture of tarrasque, it's looked like an... comom monster for me. but the Godzilla looks more... imponent ^^

I actually thought I'd read somewhere that the Tarrasque was supposed to be the D&D equivalent OF Godzilla...

...of course I think that was in some 2nd Ed. source material, if I even read it at all.

maybe, but the Big G are more cool ;D

There's a Dragon with Kaiju abilities and such in it . . . somewhere close to 300, I'm sure you could also use the info in it and update for 3.5

Drat, what was that number, I want to say 295.

where i find this dragon? any free sources (i'm out of money)?

Found it (http://paizo.com/dragon/products/issues/2001/289).
Issue 289, the Oriental Adventures Issue (duh :P)

Free sources would be up to you to find. I'm sure a FLGS would be happy to rid itself of a 5 year old issue of Dragon for cheap. ;)

Con 12?

What?

Also, 50 HD demands 17 feats, not 3.

Very...rough sketch of what Godzilla is able to do.

yeah, i get this in an era that the DnD 3.x don't even existed in protugese and that time price are too high (R$80, 00~ 120,00. about half of the minimun salary that time!)

it's just have the very basic of him.

There is also this (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/eo/20051109a), which I think is weaker than what you propose, but in a non-magical d20 modern setting would be pretty darn hard to kill.

The problem is that the sizes in DnD stop far short of Godzilla's proportions.

Colossal allegedly allows for everything bigger than Gargantuan. That is completely ridiculous. Godzilla's much, MUCH bigger than the terrasque. Terrasque = large house. Godzilla = several office buildings.

They really need to create official sizes greater than colossal.

Plus Godzilla has that same "size altering" problem that King Kong has, appearing larger in certain shots and smaller in others, especially from movie to movie. I think he's pretty much all over the upper end of the scale but putting him solely in the upper bound of D&D sizes seems the best fit.

actualy these are diferente Godzillas, the real one are 60th~70 th floor building tall, have children...

but... why the hell the Tarrasque of legend of d20 modern HAVE an hide skill? how the hell you can't see an godzilla like creature in the middle of tokyo?

Okay, let's get the basics here:

Terrasque: 70 feet long, 50 feet tall, 130 tons

Godzilla:
Height-
...50 Meters (1954-1975) [~164 feet]
...80 Meters (1984-1989) [~263 feet]
...100 Meters (1991-Present) [~328 feet]
Weight-
...20,000 Tons (1954-1975)
...50,000 Tons (1984-1989)
...60,000 Tons (1991-Present)

Even at his smallest he's still about 3x larger than the terrasque.

There needs to be a larger size category than colossal.

I think I saw in epic handbook or some other book something like colossal+

Yeah, you go from colossal to colossal +, then colossal ++, etc.

It's a touch ridiculous, but so is epic and the odds of taking on something that size without being epic are so small as to smite the DM who tries it.
