Webcomic?

Wasn't sure where to put this...

I plan on making a webcomic however I do not have artistic ability or software in which I can place it in a comic format. Help in anyway(such Artist interest or software) would be cool.

One very good piece of freeware for this is Inkscape (www.inkscape.org). If you want to make it in OOTS style, there's even a tutorial (http://trazoi.net/tutorials/inkscape/oots/index.html).

If you want some other style, feel free to experiment with the program. Regardless of the style, Inkscape is extremely useful.
