Cloaks as a weapon

Cloak Blades: 3lb, 1d4 slashing, 20/x3, 20gp, Light

Cloak Weights: 7 lb, 1d4 Bludgeoning, 19-20/x2, 20 gp, Light

Cloak blades and weights are small steel weapons that can be attacked to the hem of any cloak. They allow you to use the cloak as an exotic light weapon. Any attempt to disarm Cloak attachments (by ripping or slashing them off the cloak) has a 50% chance of automaticly failing. Your recieve a +2 bonus to feint attempts when using a cloak weapon.


I saw the Combat Cloak Expert feat and i felt that a weapon was needed so that this could become a character concept.

It exsists in races of stone as the Gnomish Warcloak. Its an exotic armor that gives a shield bonus to AC.

I like it. But more than that, I'd like to see some skill tricks to use this in interesting/effective ways in combat.

I was considering making a feat that lets you hit all adjacent enemies with it whenever you crit by flourishing the cape.
