Currently in the process of making up a Monk2/Entropic Champion (Homebrew Class from this board)18 Vampire/Vampire Lord, with an arcanist guild that he's taken control of. In other words, looking for some permanent effects/ once per day type abilities that would be completely unique to him. Any ideas?

Is he good or evil, what are his ambitions.

I guess evil, he's trying to Conquer the Underdark so he can create an empire where "citizens" are Judged and given opportunities not by race, but rather their individual power and inherant ability to defend themselves.
