To the left of the arena is the champion, cube guy. To the right, is the challenger, a specter coming for revenge from the depths of the abyss. The opening rounds begin as the two combatants prepare to fight to the death (or, well, deader).

A burst of purple energy surrounded the warrior, making him feel as if he was being torn from the inside. His psionic powers screamed in agony as they were cut off one by one...

Use Greater Teleport (Shades) 65 ft above you. Then use 2 charges from Belt of Battle to cast Mordenkainen's Disjunction from a scroll (take 10) at you as an extra standard action. Finally, I move up 30 ft.

You lose all your buffs and roll will save for each magic item on you. DC 22.

No, though I have a scroll of Celerity and Time Stop for backup.

Oh, and how did you quicken and belt of battle on the same turn? They're both swift actions.

Edit: Quicken Spell (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#quickenSpell) says it's swift. There was no swift action in the PHB so they probably errata'd it.
