I'm currently playing in an Eberron published adventure called Eyes of the Lich Queen. I was very tired, and thinking about the campaign, and the Trashy Adventure Name Generation Algorithm (TANGA) was born.

<Body part> of the <Monster> <Royalty title>.

I find stuff like this to be hilarious and, even though the 'algorithm' is here isn't random, it still reminded me of this bit from Shinji and Warhammer 40k (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/FanFic/ShinjiAndWarhammer40K):
