Medieval Total War 2 is a medieval (big surprise) RTS. You can pick several different campaigns all in different countries who get special units/don't get certain units. Or you can be like me and mostly play custom battles. (2000+ swordsmen in heavy armor vs weak early period units *cough peasants cough cough*) or i make it a challenge and make the forces even. anyway it's still a fun game. Does anyone else play?

I have it, haven't played in a year or 2, but it's very fun. I haven't gotten the expansion, but I might eventually.

I usually enjoy the Muslim factions, or being England or France. Not sure why, but yeah.

I don't play it much any more, but when I did I liked to play the Holy Roman Empire, Portugal and the Moors. Didn't think much of England, as their improved archers are of little use to my expansive, imperialistic approach to the game.

For custom battles I usually pick a situation where the enemy has a little advantage. The AI does need any help it can get :smalltongue:

This ain't no Let's Play thread, is it?

Medieval 2 is fun, though.
As for custom battles, I usually play catapult-only for both sides. At night. With flaming ammo. So pretty.
