This is a variant cleric I made for a world where arcane and divine magic are somewhat at odds. Not happy with it, but not really sure what else to do with it. Ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No, they cannot turn or rebuke undead. Undead don't work that way in this world. Yes, even evil priests can heal. Bad guys need healers too.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Priests are proficient with all simple weapons and all armor types. Every deity has a favored weapon, and a priest considers it a point of pride to wield his god's weapon. Priests receive Martial or Exotic Weapon Proficiency as a bonus feat if their deity's favored weapon falls into one of those categories. They also receive Weapon Focus with that weapon as a bonus feat.
Bound Soul (Su): To gain access to divine magic, a priest must worship a specific deity, and swear an oath to its service. From that point on, he cannot be affected by undetectable alignment. When he performs a miracle, sigils of his deity appear on his body. Unless all of his skin is covered, his allegiance cannot be hidden or masked. If a priest ever attempts an action that is in direct violation of his deity's allowed alignments, he must make a Will save equal to 25 + his priest level or be nauseated for 1d6 rounds.
Spells: Priests cast divine spells, or miracles, drawn from the priest miracle list. He may not cast a spell opposed to his own alignment or the alignment of his deity. To perform a miracle, a priest must have a Wisdom score equal to 10 + the miracle's level. The DC for a saving throw against a priest's miracle is 10 + the miracle level + the priest's Wisdom modifier.
A priest may only perform a certain number of miracles per day, given on the table above. He gains extra miracles if he has a high Wisdom score. He also receives one miracle a day per level he can cast from his deity's favored miracle list.
Priests must meditate or pray for their miracles 1 hour each day, during which he must choose which miracles he can perform that day. He may use any miracle on the list, provided he may perform miracles of that level.
Spontaneous Casting: A priest can channel stored energy into healing miracles he didn't prepare ahead of time. He can "lose" any prepared miracle not from his deity's preferred list to perform any cure miracle of the same level or lower, or any inflict miracle one level or more lower.
Bless (Sp): A priest can perform bless once per day, as the spell.
Remove Paralysis (Sp): A priest can perform remove paralysis once per day, as the spell.
Smite Opposed (Su): At 2rd level a priest must pick an opposed axis to his alignment (either Lawful, Chaotic, Evil, or Good. Neutral priests may choose any one). He may add his Charisma bonus to an attack roll against an enemy of that alignment, and add 1 extra point of damage per priest level. If the priest attempts to smite an enemy that is not of his chosen opposed alignment, there is no effect, but the ability is still used.
At 2nd level he may use this ability 1/day, at 7th 2/day, at 12th 3/day, at 16th 4/day, and at 20th 5/day.
Defy Arcane (Su): Once he reaches 3rd level, a priest gains a +2 Divine bonus to resist arcane spells. At 8th level this bonus becomes +4, at 13th +6, and at 18th +8.
Neutralize Poison (Sp): At 4th level the priest gains the ability to perform neutralize poison 1/week, and 2/week at 14th level.
Remove Disease (Sp): A 54th level priest can perform remove disease 1/week. At 15th, he gains the ability 2/week.
Remove Curse (Sp): The priest gains the ability to perform remove curse 1/week at 6th level, and 2/week at 17th level.
