While the Infernal has Essence-Dissecting Stare invoked, he may reflexively analyze the chances of an event successfully occurring by spending 2 motes. Doing so does not count as Charm use, but the Infernal can only perform one calculation per action. While the character calculates the mathematical probability, the player either learns the difficulty of a task (including DVs), or learns another character’s base dice pool for a single task.
This Charm fails when used to assess the dice pool or DVs of a character whose (Essence + Manipulation) exceeds the Infernal's (Essence + Intelligence). At Essence 5, the Infernal may instead perform up to (Essence) calculations each action. At Essence 7, there is no longer any limit to the number of calculations he can perform.

By manipulating this gateway, an Infernal can control the thoughts of an individual–or an entire society. This Charm enhances Unshattered Tongue Perfection. Whenever the Infernal uses it, they may spend 5 additional motes to sculpt the minds of those she influences. The Infernal rolls their (Intelligence + Linguistics) against the target's Dodge MDV, adding their Essence in automatic successes. If they succeed, they may give the subject an Intimacy (positive or negative) to a social group, ideology, Yozi, or the Infernal. Alternatively, they may erode any or all of the subject's pre-existing Intimacies by one point.
Once a character has been altered by Orthodox Mind Vocabulary, he cannot be affected by it again for a month. However, as long as the subject remains under the effect of Unshattered Tongue Perfection, the Infernal may invoke this Charm simply by touching the subject and spending 5 motes, instead of having to use Unshattered Tongue Perfection a second time. The changes last only for as long as the subject is affected by Unshattered Tongue Perfection, so characters who spend Willpower to resist that Charm can also negate the effects of this one. If the Infernal uses Unshattered Tongue Perfection to influence a group, he may augment with this Charm normally, altering each member of the group. However, he must spend an additional 5 motes and 1 Willpower to do so. If the group’s leader spends Willpower to resist the effects of Unshattered Tongue Perfection, he may also spend a point of Loyalty to extend that benefit to all members of the group.
A second purchase at Essence 3 allows this Charm to alter the Virtues of those affected by it, in addition to granting or weakening Intimacies. The Infernal learns all the subject's values, and may choose to reduce any one of them, to a minimum of one. He may redistribute a number of dots equal to the total reduction among the subject's other Virtues, though he cannot raise any above 5. The Infernal may spend up to (Essence + Occult) motes. The clinch suffocates its victim, brutally choking them. They take a -1 external penalty to their dice pool to resist the clinch that action for every 2m spent. Whenever the Infernal successfully controls the clinch and crushes the victim, they may choose to deal lethal damage, rather than bludgeoning damage.
If the Infernal supplements an independent Shaping clinch made with Principle-Invoking Onslaught with this Charm, they may spend an additional point of Willpower. If they do so, the external penalty applies to all rolls the victim makes to resist the clinch, rather than only a single roll.

If she does, she break the will of every member of that group on the same plane of existence, causing them all to either be inculcated with the Policy of the group or the Urge of the Infernal. Any non-Extra character may spend a point of Willpower to negate this, and Exalts are not affected at all. This Charm cannot affect members of a group whose Magnitude exceeds the Infernal's Essence.

When hierarchies become stagnant and ineffectual, the only possible solution is to insert new agency into the system. And for all that She Who Lives In Her Name is paralyzed and hindered by her maimed hierarchy of souls, she understands this truth–thus, she invests her chosen Princes with the power to shape the souls of the Yozis as they see fit. This Charm permanently enhances Constructive Convergence of Principles, allowing the Infernal to create Second Circle demons with it. The exact nature and statistics of the demon are designed by the Infernal, though it should follow the example of pre-existing Second Circle demons. The demon’s Essence score cannot be less than 6, nor greater than 7. Creating the demon requires the Infernal to spend successes equal to its Essence + 3.
The Second Circle demon immediately attempts to enter into the soul hierarchy of the Infernal’s patron Yozi, attaching to a Third Circle demon of the Infernal’s choice. However, the demon does not always successfully attach to its Third Circle "progenitor." Upon being created, the demon rolls its (Essence + Willpower), at a difficulty of 10. The Infernal may use any Excellencies of She Who Lives In Her Name to enhance the roll on the demon's behalf, as if the roll was a normal (Ability + Attribute) roll. If the demon's roll succeeds, it is successfully integrated into the Yozi's descending hierarchy, attaching to the Third Circle demon. If it fails, it is not absorbed into the hierarchy, though neither is it harmed by this. If successfully integrated, the new demon does not assume any of the standard soul archetypes, instead becoming what is called an Evolutionary Soul.
Having a new Second Circle soul inserted into its hierarchy subtly affects the Yozi’s mind, though it may not even notice the chance. The change in the Yozi is roughly analogous to that of a mortal gaining a new Intimacy or losing an existing one, or else gaining or losing a single point in a Virtue, based on the nature of the demon. This Charm fails when used to assess the dice pool or DVs of a character whose (Essence + Manipulation) exceeds the Infernal's (Essence + Intelligence). At Essence 5, the Infernal may instead perform up to (Essence) calculations each action. At Essence 7, there is no longer any limit to the number of calculations he can perform.

Language shapes thought, acting as the gateway through which conceptual abstractions may be reified as verbal constructs. By manipulating this gateway, an Infernal can control the thoughts of an individual–or an entire society. This Charm enhances Unshattered Tongue Perfection. Whenever the Infernal uses it, they may spend 5 additional motes to sculpt the minds of those she influences. The Infernal rolls their (Intelligence + Linguistics) against the target's Dodge MDV, adding their Essence in automatic successes. If they succeed, they may give the subject an Intimacy (positive or negative) to a social group, ideology, Yozi, or the Infernal. Alternatively, they may erode any or all of the subject's pre-existing Intimacies by one point.
Once a character has been altered by Orthodox Mind Vocabulary, he cannot be affected by it again for a month. However, as long as the subject remains under the effect of Unshattered Tongue Perfection, the Infernal may invoke this Charm simply by touching the subject and spending 5 motes, instead of having to use Unshattered Tongue Perfection a second time. The changes last only for as long as the subject is affected by Unshattered Tongue Perfection, so characters who spend Willpower to resist that Charm can also negate the effects of this one. If the Infernal uses Unshattered Tongue Perfection to influence a group, he may augment with this Charm normally, altering each member of the group. However, he must spend an additional 5 motes and 1 Willpower to do so. If the group’s leader spends Willpower to resist the effects of Unshattered Tongue Perfection, he may also spend a point of Loyalty to extend that benefit to all members of the group.
A second purchase at Essence 3 allows this Charm to alter the Virtues of those affected by it, in addition to granting or weakening Intimacies. The Infernal learns all the subject's values, and may choose to reduce any one of them, to a minimum of one. He may redistribute a number of dots equal to the total reduction among the subject's other Virtues, though he cannot raise any above 5. The Infernal cannot reduce the Virtue tied to the Great Curse in an Exalt below 3.
A third purchase at Essence 5 allows the Infernal to alter the way his experimental subjects interact with the world, reshaping their Abilities. He may distribute up to (Essence) dots between any of the subject's Abilities or Ability specialties, and may likewise reduce any of the subject's other Abilities by up to a total of (Essence), although he can never reduce any Ability below one. Ability dots or specialties granted by this Charm are treated as a training effect, although the character receives XP to compensate for any lost Ability dots, at the Storyteller's discretion.

She Who Lives In Her Name is a consummate scientist, carefully controlling every variable of her experiments. No possibility is permitted to arise without her planning for it; those that do are quickly excised from reality. This Charm supplements a telekinetic clinch roll made with Mind-Hand Manipulation, whether it is made normally or augmented by Principle-Invoking Onslaught. The Infernal may spend up to (Essence + Occult) motes. The clinch suffocates its victim, brutally choking them. They take a -1 external penalty to their dice pool to resist the clinch that action for every 2m spent. Whenever the Infernal successfully controls the clinch and crushes the victim, they may choose to deal lethal damage, rather than bludgeoning damage.
If the Infernal supplements an independent Shaping clinch made with Principle-Invoking Onslaught with this Charm, they may spend an additional point of Willpower. If they do so, the external penalty applies to all rolls the victim makes to resist the clinch, rather than only a single roll.

She Who Lives In Her Name coldly despises the chaos of Creation, waiting for the day when she can unify all things under the Principle of Hierarchy, shaping society into a perfect system. By subverting the leaders among society, breaking their wills and shaping them into pawns of hierarchy, she can bring those they command under her sway. This Charm enhances Will-Crushing Force. Whenever the Infernal uses it to break the will of the leader of a social group, she may spend 20 motes and 1 Willpower. If she does, she break the will of every member of that group on the same plane of existence, causing them all to either be inculcated with the Policy of the group or the Urge of the Infernal. Any non-Extra character may spend a point of Willpower to negate this, and Exalts are not affected at all. This Charm cannot affect members of a group whose Magnitude exceeds the Infernal's Essence.
Reification of Demonic Hierarchy

When hierarchies become stagnant and ineffectual, the only possible solution is to insert new agency into the system. And for all that She Who Lives In Her Name is paralyzed and hindered by her maimed hierarchy of souls, she understands this truth–thus, she invests her chosen Princes with the power to shape the souls of the Yozis as they see fit. This Charm permanently enhances Constructive Convergence of Principles, allowing the Infernal to create Second Circle demons with it. The exact nature and statistics of the demon are designed by the Infernal, though it should follow the example of pre-existing Second Circle demons. The demon’s Essence score cannot be less than 6, nor greater than 7. Creating the demon requires the Infernal to spend successes equal to its Essence + 3.
The Second Circle demon immediately attempts to enter into the soul hierarchy of the Infernal’s patron Yozi, attaching to a Third Circle demon of the Infernal’s choice. However, the demon does not always successfully attach to its Third Circle "progenitor." Upon being created, the demon rolls its (Essence + Willpower), at a difficulty of 10. The Infernal may use any Excellencies of She Who Lives In Her Name to enhance the roll on the demon's behalf, as if the roll was a normal (Ability + Attribute) roll. If the demon's roll succeeds, it is successfully integrated into the Yozi's descending hierarchy, attaching to the Third Circle demon. If it fails, it is not absorbed into the hierarchy, though neither is it harmed by this. If successfully integrated, the new demon does not assume any of the standard soul archetypes, instead becoming what is called an Evolutionary Soul.
Having a new Second Circle soul inserted into its hierarchy subtly affects the Yozi’s mind, though it may not even notice the chance. The change in the Yozi is roughly analogous to that of a mortal gaining a new Intimacy or losing an existing one, or else gaining or losing a single point in a Virtue, based on the nature of the demon. The change to the Yozi cannot change its core nature, fomenting only minor or cosmetic changes. This Charm can never be used to create a demon whose Essence exceeds the Infernal's own.
A second purchase of this Charm at Essence 9 allows the Infernal to create Third Circle demons, drastically altering the soul hierarchy of his patron. Creating new Third Circle souls functions just as creating new Second Circle souls, save that their Essence must be between 8 and 10, and that the Infernal must spend successes equal to their Essence + 5 to create them. The demon attempts to attach to the Yozi just as created Second Circle demons attempt to attach to Third Circle demons, save that the difficulty of the roll is 20.
The new Third Circle demon does not naturally create any Second Circle demons, although the Infernal may create them for it by using this Charm. When used to provide new Second Circle souls to a Third Circle demon created this way, no roll is required to attach to the Third Circle demon, and the demons may fill the standard soul archetypes. The effect of gaining a new Third Circle soul on a Yozi is roughly equivalent to that of gaining or losing multiple intimacies, or of having all of its Virtues increased or decreased.
Gaining Third Circle demons can alter the nature of a Yozi in significant ways, but never in ways that oppose, invert, or contradict the pre-existing nature of the Yozi. She Who Lives In Her Name could be made to feel overwhelming pride (though only in the context of believing that she should be the head of all hierarchies), and her curiosity could be transformed into a capacity to understand, if not empathize with, those she examines–but she could never be made to tolerate free will, accept chaos, or disregard hierarchy.
