sombody (forgot who) said something about comedic Silver(OoTS Discussion forum for comic #261), being me, I made this metal:
Comedic Silver
Weapons: every strike the weapon will laugh doing +1 Sonic damage
Armor: you can command the metal to laugh for one round, forcing anyone that comes within 5 feet make a dc11 will save, to stop laughing, as tasha's hideous laughter for one round.
Edit: Price: 300 gp/lb
