I was reading through the archives when I noticed that haley has a tattoo. Anyone know what this tattoo is?

I heard it was "I (heart) (gold coin)"; that is, "I love money".

That's the general consensus, and the image is a bit clearer in the book.

I (heart) (gold piece)

She's a sweetie, but she's greedy!

To be fair:

He might not be likely to have much in the way of future earnings given his age, and besides, she's paying 200,000gp to rescue him...I think asking for a little back in return is hardly criminal!

I totally missed the writing haha. I just thought it was a heart.

We will likely find out what the tattoo is in the next hundred pages. A common idea is that it will identify her in some way to some element we have yet to meet.

It looks to me like a heart with an arrow through it. Kind of the generic "this is a tattoo" tattoo. Of course with Haley, an arrow through the heart may have a different meaning than is traditional.

I agree, when I look at the comic in the book it looks like a heart with an arrow.

That's Rogue for "I love you, Daddy." :smallamused:

Rogue for "I'm ambivalent to you," is 50%.

You don't want to know about rogue for "I hate your guts."

A rogue who hates you doesn't take your gold. They take your kidneys. :smallamused:

Not to mention:

your house
your dog
your spouse
your soul
your class features
your other organs
your money
your offspring
AND your world.

A competent rogue with a grudge makes that person a vestige...if they roll badly.

As well as your name and any precious or even semiprecious gemstone you may be holding, even on something like a cast page. Your past, present, and future are not guaranteed safe either, not even your name.

And we haven't even gotten to Epic Rogues yet...
