Nightmare Blade + Wounding

So if you have a weapon that does 1 Con damage on every attack and an attack that does x4 damage... what happens?

Sapphire Nightmare Blade: It only says "deals an extra 1d6 points of damage," so clearly the Con damage is not multiplied.

Ruby and Diamond: "Double melee damage" and "Quadruple melee damage," respectively. That would mean only the physical damage is multiplied. It'd say these work more or less in the same way as a crit.
