What is the minimum XP for a 6th level character and what is XP to get to 7th level?

Edition is 3.5.

What is OGL?

you need to specify which version since it varies according to edition.

The XP to advance from level N is N*1000. So to reach level N you must have (N)(N-1)*500 XP. So the minimum XP for a 6th level character is 15000 and the minimum for a 7th level character is 21000.
