Visible starting Effects: Massive cloud of fog, covering my starting area. 20 foot radius, centered in C10-D11.

Don't give me any visible starting effects. My own fog is effectively blinding me.

Hm.
Construct Appears, opted for Concussion and Blindsight at time of creation. Edited above post to reflect that.

Schism: Touchsight, Augmented to 7 points. (70 feet range, automatic Pinpointing of all creatures.)
Me: Cast Fly, Move to E11, still within cloud.

Construct: Move from C10/D11 to: F13/G14, then to H11/I12

Blindsight effect extends 60 feet from H11/I12 (Coming from a large goopy looking creature - Astral Construct, if you can see it). If it detects you, then take: [roll0] Force damage (no Save, but if you have Spell resistance, then the penetration roll is: [roll1]).

In addition, you heard casting from the vicinity of C10/D11, then quiet movement somewhere to the east of that, within the cloud. I am generating Touchsight, to a range of 70 feet. If you are within 70 feet of E11, I can detect what square you're in, without a spot or listen check. Let me know if this is the case.

Cover is +4 AC. Neither I nor the construct is invisible, though I am in the mist, and thus, not detectable without blindsight/blindsense or something similar.

Attack 3 hits the construct (and bypasses its DR). The remaining attacks miss.

I also had a Beatstick, Up to a 4 action in 1 turn nova strike, and no save Direct damage. If the save had failed, I'd have gotten 15 feet away, and hit you with about 44d4 damage (no save or attack roll), on top of 2 construct attacks, and still had an action in reserve to get away if needed.

I'll need to know what you've got on your character. I am, after all, getting ready to head into a dungeon, and I can haz loots.

Edit: Heck, if you'd survived your first Crit, I'd have hit you with an overchannel/talented Swarm of Crystals for 15d4, my schism would have done it again for 8d4, the construct would have dropped its 2 attacks and 3d6 shot, and then I'd have hit up Anticipatory Strike for another action for a 13d4 swarm and another 8d4 swarm.

Average of another 55 damage from crystals, 37 from the construct attacks, and 10 from it's free action.

That'd have been a 100+ damage nova strike, which at level 13, is pretty lethal.

EDIT: Also, note that it's not allowed to Withdraw as a standard action unless your character is unable to take full round actions. Also, if you only have 5 foot reach, you wouldn't have been able to get away anyway (by withdraw), as the construct's reach is 10 feet. For that, you'd need tumble.
