Transmutation
Level: 2 Sorc/Wiz
Components: S
Range: Touch
Effect: One humanoid creature touched
Duration: 1 round/level
Save: Fortitude partial (See below)
Spell Resistance: Yes
You make a melee touch attack against the target creature. If you successful hit the creature, you 2 deal nonlethal damage to it per caster level (to a maximum of 10).
For every 1 damage the target takes, he gains a +1 bonus to his Intelligence Score for the duration of the spell. If he fails his fortitude save, the target is dazed during his next turn. During this time, the target may use any knowledge skill untrained as if he possessed ranks in it, and may reuse any previousely failed knowledge check he has attempted in the last hour.
Focus: A book, usually the object used to deliver the attack.
