I was planning on writing a D&D 3.5 Adventure, but I'm not sure what I'm allowed/not allowed to put in it. Help?

You can mention anything else, provided you don't give out the exact rules for it.

That said, if it's only for your personal use...well, then anything is fair game. But I'm assuming that that is not the case.

Also you can't have published anything for 4e. If you have, then you're bad. BAD!

I BELIEVE (and don't hold me to this) that they removed that part of the GSL when they updated it, after much third-party complaining. I didn't see it in a quick once-over, so I THINK it's gone, but it could still be there.

No, it's gone, that was the biggest change they made when they updated the GSL.
