On RSS Feed Length

As a Firefox user, I share the minor problem of overly aggressive RSS feed loads on browser start. Would it be possible to shorten the RSS feed to something more manageable? (like, the last 10 comics?) My apologies if the issue has been raised before.

We're aware of problems with the RSS feed, but you have to understand that it is a low priority compared to the server problems, simply because a lack of bandwidth is not our problem. We have plenty of bandwidth, bandwidth to spare. What we have a problem with is server load, and that isn't affected by the size of the RSS feed (to the best of my knowledge).

So, while we will address it at some point, we are prioritizing the server load issues.

It still remains low on our priority list, even though we've addressed some of the server load issues. Sorry.
