I started using my tiny laptop for inkscape, but i'm not able to see the whole page, and part of the page that I cant see has the eyedrop?tool on it.
So i does anybody know a RGBA code for a basic human skin colour,or know how to shrink the whole page so i can see all of inkscape?

The zoom tool is your friend for seeing the whole page.
There's a zoom in and a zoom out.

I recommend you just experiment with trial-and-error just to see what looks best. But for a caucasian human I personally use...
R: 222
G: 205
B: 135

Caucasian skin tone is 253:221:202 (fdddcaff), Dukon is 223:160:99 (dfa063ff), and Roy is 153:115:87 (997357ff).
The hex format is a guess, it may be off slightly, but you can try those.

Skin hue depends on ethnicity, but it's usually around orange/brown.
