Attaching a hard drive to an Xbox 360 Arcade

I can't get the grill thing that covers the socket off. Can anyone help, before I try again with a butter knife?

The video only shows how to take a hard drive off and put it back on. He mentions taking the panel off the arcade, but never shows how to do it. That's what I need help with.

Did you try fiddling with the latch in the center of the panel?

Is that a little button in the middle there? If you're pressing it all the way in, that could be the problem. (I think Xbox HDs are designed to only come off if you push the button half-way in instead of all the way.)

That's not a hard drive though, that's a panel that takes it's place one the xbox because the arcade version lacks a hard drive.

The latch is extremely difficult to push down, and doesn't seem to be connected to the panel. I've tried it, but it doesn't go down very far, and it doesn't seem to do anything.

Edit: Never mind, I used the butter knife. Levered it in next to the latch and it came off immediately.
