I'm looking for screencap software.

But not just any screencap software. I need a few key features and I hope they exist. What I need the software to do is create a virtual webcam of my screen. I need this for use on online live streams. I would also prefer the software to be free. If you know of anything like this or think you can help in some other way please let me know.

windows media encoder (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/encoder/default.mspx) works at screen capture. It's free last time I checked.

If you aqquire a paid version unlimited and runs pretty good.

problem is It won't do live streaming I use the full version of fraps to record game footage.
