A player of my group has a MoMF who can use wildshape to assume a form of any humanoid, animal and giant type and size small, medium and large.

My question is, can he wildshape to assume a form of a particular humanoid?

for example: the form of Grondak, the half-orc barbarian guard (killed from MoMF earlier in battle)

He might be able to use it to look like said individual and get a disguise bonus (much like Alter Form), but would not be able to take on the stats of a particular creature

Oh, so he can have the exact appearence of "Grondak" but the stats of a standard Half-orc from the MManual... right?

ehmmm... what about the clothes of "Grondak"??? Or when he wildshapes into a half-orc he is naked?

I recommend Glamered Wild Armor, or a Hat of Disguise with a Wilding Clasp. Yes, you'd be in the buff.

Oh wow... That is a great way to smuggle items around.
Get the stuff you don't need access to equipped on you (spare weapons for fighter, wizards spell book, etc), and wildshape into your own race, looking like you. Items are now safe.

Yeah, sure there are other ways to keep stuff safe but who would think they could be hidden there...

so, in other words, he is hiding the stuff in his A-hole (http://www.nuklearpower.com/2009/06/13/episode-1140-where-the-sun-dont-shine/)?

The MoMF gets improved wild shape (humanoid) at 1st level. That's an Alternate Form (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm#alternateForm), which has this property:
The creature is effectively camouflaged as a creature of its new form, and it gains a +10 bonus on Disguise (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/skills/disguise.htm) checks if it uses this ability to create a disguise. From that point you just follow the standard rules for opposed skill checks to see if the assumed form fools others.

Beastskin armor will stay on you if you expend an extra wildshape, so you wouldn't be in the buff.

Actually, my players used successfully a plan involving this "hide there" strategy and a magic item in the DMG to infiltrate in a Yuan-ti fortress.

Portable holes for equip and disguised as slaves. Yech.

Just a note: A normal druid gets this at 13th level when they get Alter Self at-will, I believe as a supernatural ability.
