Is there any easy way to get blindsight? I have Blindsense and I'm looking to upgrade, is there a feat out there that would do this more me?

Magic of Incarnum has Soulsight - basically blindsight, but it only lets you see living creatures.

The requirements are Con 13, Wis 13 and Concentration 4 ranks. Unfortunately, as-is, the range is only five feet.

Equipment is the easiest way really. Or, if you take the Blindfight feat as well, then it's halfway decent sight since your miss chance is only 25%.

There is a potion in dragon magic or races of the dragon that upgrades blindsense to blindsight.

MiC has the Blindfold of True darkness, grants blindsight out to 30 ft.

More than 30ft...60ft.

I should know, I use it for at least half the characters I build.

Nope, the updated version is only 30'. The Underdark-version is 60'.

Libris Mortis has the monstrous feat "Lifesense", which is better than Blindsight for detecting the living. I would imagine Lords of Madness might have something that can emulate it: I recall one feat that lets you see anything that thinks. Mindsight?

But for Blindsight itself, that's a tough one. There's a cleric (or druid, not wizard/sorc) spell called Blindsight that gives it to a person. rd/lv or min/lv, IIRC.

That's not legal since Magic Item Compendium came out. The updated version on page 75 supersedes any prior item with the same name, and has a range of 30' only.

Edit: Wrong trope. And I need to refresh myself with math.

...So what you're saying is that he fails statistics forever for correctly citing the statistical average miss chance?

You fail statistics forever. (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/YouFailStatisticsForever)

Two rolls on a 50% chance does not equal a 25% chance. It's 2 rolls, both of which have a 50% chance. Probability does say that you have an effective 25% chance, but the actual rolls are both 50/50.

The chances of failing two 50% rolls is (gasp!) 25%.

To highlight, the four possible outcomes (pretend they're coinflips) are:

Success/Success
Success/Failure
Failure/Success
Failure/Failure

Only one of these four results is an actual failure. Meaning the chance of failure is only 25%.

If you're going to haughtily correct someone, at least make sure they're not actually right.

DFA and Warlocks get the Voidsense invocation, which lets them have Blindsight I believe.
