Assuming both are taken to the logical extreme (why isn't the Cleric a Dweomerkeeper?) they're evenly matched if both are abusing Shapechange/Planar Shepherd's Wildshape to gain Wizard-casting (and it's mostly a fight of wordings of Contingencies & Crafted Contingent Spells and Initiative at that point); otherwise Cleric wins thanks to access to Celerity & Wizard-spells in general with Greater Anyspell and Miracle, and domains & Domain Spontaneity feat & ACF.

Druid is in Dire Tortoise, but Cleric can Polymorph too, and Celerity+Foresight trumps automatic surprise round anyways, not to mention Moment of Prescience. Fight on a level under 20 or with more limitations (LIKE NO CELERITY) would be vastly more interesting though. Of course, all this assumes neither of them bothers to make himself immortal, undetectable and so on. Cleric also has some nifty Anti-Magic Field tricks up his sleeve thanks to Initiate of Mystra.

But yeah, this is dull.

Always gotta go druid. They're basically the same class, except druids get so much more and better crap than clerics. Clerics only upperhand is that they're better prepared for healing.

The Wizard wins.

This. Infact, no the Fighter wins, he waits for them to battle it out till one of them dies, and then with a single power attacking pounce they finish them off, just for the irony.

Cleric has easier access to Wizard-spells. On this level, that's all that matters.

... and then the Rogue, who's been hiding all along, uses Move between Cover, Move Silently, and some magical whatzit (Belt of Battle or other goody) to sneak up on the Fighter for a full round of sneak attack. RIP Fighter.
