Ten most discussed (or ranted) topics of the oots-verse?

It's amazing the level of complexity this comic strip has, with hundreds, or even thousands of people arguing over issues in its universe. I would imagine that the first two discussed things would be

1: Vaarsuvius's gender

2: What the Mitd is

But I'm not sure would the next orders would be. Any ideas?

Alignments, especially of evil characters everyone loves(Thog, Belkar) or Good characters everyone loves to hate(Miko). Sadly people always mix "like equals good" and "dislike equals evil".

This should prove that alignment discussions altogether have gone to far. I mean seriously, when has Durkon ever done anything that implied he wasn't Lawful Good?

Haley's "I'm not exactly what you'd call..." is probably up there, and discussion as to whether "I... I must succeed," were the four words seems to still be popping up quite a while.

In fact, all of the Oracle's prophecies are pretty common topics for discussion.

V was made ambiguous by the fans. He was supposed to be gendered, but when a fan was confused, Rich took it and ran with it.

So not quite day 1, but close enough. I just felt like being contrary I guess.

I would think MITD would be higher than the prophecies. Whenever he appears there's a flood of threads about the new "deciding information".

Miko defintaley takes the cake. During the time of every strip she appeared in their was a flood of threads discussing this or that abotu her/ her alignment/her hair. This is followed by "what willl redcloak do when...?"/SOD threads being the top of the last months and probably V's gender and MITD true race threads having amassied during longer timespans.

V's ambiguous sex generates one, maybe two threads at any given time, and even those aren't a constant. When Miko was alive, she generated many threads for every strip she appeared in, and she still generates threads with about the same frequency as V's sex. She definitely beats V's sex there.

Now, maybe if you combine the ambiguity of V's sex and her prophecy/soul-splice actions, you might have a decent comparison to Miko. But I'd tend to separate those issues myself.

I've never seen a thread about that last one - and how can you justify three separate ones for Miko but only the one for V? (even if it's that much more, that just means it's in first by that big of a margin) - there are also alignment debates for the other characters - most notably Haley. I've restrained myself from starting a thread on Celia's alignment, but there's been (not just from me) an undercurrent.

I never read any discussions on this subject, I just assumed that, from left to right, they would be lawful-neutral-chaotic. Am I wrong?
